In 2017, Cesar and his wife moved to Conway, accepting a job with the Sticks Baseball organization in Little Rock, in which he continued to work with the youth by sharing his passion for development, mentoring, and coaching the upcoming generation. In 2018, he and his wife moved back to Russellville as he continued working with the youth, as well as coaching two years as a volunteer assistant coach for the Russellville Highschool Cyclones, joining the coaching staff of Will McCrotty. Cesar Abreu has over 10 years of coaching experience, and he started sharing his passion as a student assistant at ATU right after his baseball career in 2014. He has been blessed to share a dugout as a player and coach with high level athletes ranging from MLB, minor league, D1, D2, D2, NAIA, and JUCO players.

Cesar is married to his loving and beautiful wife Rachel. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Amelia and Sadie. Joshua 24:15 “I am looking forward to seeing what our God, through our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, has in store for us as we are willing to follow His lead and do His will in every aspect of our lives. This is not only my passion, but my ministry.
